Cost-effective treatments, with no surprises
Our treatments are more affordable than traditional vet clinics thanks to our referral pricing model.
Clear, transparent costs. You pay the clinic directly — and we don’t add sneaky fees.
Referral rewards — more savings!
Share your personal referral code with friends. Each time someone uses it and has their first treatment, we’ll send you a code for $20 off your next treatment.

Set and forget. We help you stay on track with your pet’s ongoing treatments.
We partner with community-focused, ethical vet clinics, including not-for-profit clinics. You’ll feel good supporting them.
Community vet clinics
We partner with a variety of community veterinary clinics that prioritise the health and happiness of your pets. These clinics are equipped to provide our injectable treatments, ensuring quality care in your neighbourhood.
Rescue organisations
Our collaboration with local rescue organisations ensures that even pets in need of homes receive access to affordable treatments. Together, we’re making a difference for every furry friend, no matter their circumstances.
Quality assurance
All our partner clinics go through a thorough selection process to maintain high standards of care. We believe in building a network of vets who are as passionate about your pet’s health as you are!
Making a booking
Booking with Itch & Ouch is quick, easy, and fully online. Here’s how:
- Choose your location and service. Select your preferred clinic and let us know what kind of treatment your pet needs.
- Tell us about your pet. Fill out a short registration form so the clinic has everything they need ahead of time — no repeated paperwork.
- Request a day that suits you. Choose your preferred day, and the clinic will contact you to confirm a time.
- Confirm your appointment. Once submitted, we’ll send a confirmation with all the details you and the clinic need.
- Attend and pay at the clinic. All payments are made directly to the clinic — no pre-payment required.
Vet checks
To keep receiving injectable treatments, your pet needs to see a vet regularly — every 6 or 12 months, depending on the clinic. If your pet is due, the booking form will prompt you to book a short vet consultation first.
